People sometimes ask us such questions as, “are your dog crates guaranteed against dog damage? Or “my dog has destroyed every crate we have tried and sometimes hurt himself in the process; are your crates strong enough to withstand that?”

The fact is, if your dog is behaving like that, it is not crate-trained. A desperate dog will damage any kind of crate and can also do damage to its mouth, teeth and feet. Dog crates are not meant to be prisons and should never be used for punishment.
