Happy RVT Week!
This week, we’re celebrating the incredible Registered Veterinary Technicians who make such a difference in the lives of our patients, their families, and our veterinary team.
RVTs are so much more than the helping hands behind the scenes. They are compassionate caregivers, skilled medical professionals, patient advocates, educators, problem-solvers, and often the comforting voice and gentle touch that our patients need most.
From monitoring anesthesia and assisting with surgery to running laboratory tests, caring for hospitalized pets, educating clients, and offering comfort during difficult moments, RVTs wear so many hats every single day. They celebrate the little victories, lend a shoulder when things get tough, and pour their hearts into caring for the animals who depend on us.
Veterinary medicine takes a team, and we simply couldn't do what we do without the dedication, knowledge, and compassion of our RVTs. Their work doesn't always get the recognition it deserves, but the impact they make is felt in every patient they care for and every family they support.
To all the RVTs out there, thank you for your hard work, your big hearts, your endless patience, and your unwavering commitment to animal health and welfare. You are valued, you are appreciated, and you make a difference every single day.
