Due to the current scheduling conflicts, I will be unable to take on new clients until October 2025. For current clients, until that time, the only way to contact me will be through my business phone number as this Facebook account will be unattended until these scheduling conflicts subside. Thank you for your understanding in this matter. I look forward to taking care of the current furbabies I have the pleasure of grooming, and hopefully, I'll be able to welcome more when I have the availability.

Happy New Year’s Everyone,
So thankful to everyone that makes DeTails their first choice when it comes to care for their fur babies. My personal dream of running my own business is kept alive by the dedicated clients I have.
With that said, my clients remain to be very important to me and I cannot express how much I wish I could be available to help you all. Unfortunately, Saturdays will remain to be the only day I will be open. I have made a few changes to the policies and procedures.
The changes are:
1. Only Cash will be accepted
2. A 24-hour notice for cancelations will be required, no shows or late cancelations will be required to pay additional costs their next visit
3. Price increases will be in effect Feb 1st, new prices will be posted soon
These changes are so I can fill cancelations with clients waiting and so I have the best available products for your fur babies which all ensure the service I provide is above expectations. I am honoured to be your local groomer and take pride in keeping the quality of the service I provide high.
I hope to be in contact soon so I can help shed some of your fur baby’s irritations.

Now that we are back in Orange, I will continue working Saturdays Only!
I will contact anyone from last Saturday to reschedule.
For any upcoming available appointments, I will continue to draw names.( If you have ever had a appointment at my facility in the past, you have been entered)
Please keep in mind I have a huge clientele base and I'm only working one day a week. I'm close to Max capacity now.
Because of covid I'm limited on quantity. Also my work space is large and requires disinfecting inbetween Every client.
In saying that I will not be able to accomodate nail trims or quick services.
Please continue to respect the regulations required for orange.. mask, cash box outside the door, waiting for me to greet you,ECT
Because of covid and my current family dynamic,I'm unable to be more accommodating.
I appreciate you all and missing all of you dearly.

Happy we are in yellow again, same covid rules apply.names have been drawn, everyone has been contacted and spots are filled.
In the new year I will continue to draw names and call people. Keeping in mind I'm still only availably for Saturday's in 2021. Hoping to see as many of you as I can in the new year!

To my valued clients,
DeTails Dog Grooming will be working on a limited basis for the foreseeable future. I currently have nine spots available for the Saturdays remaining in the year. In having enough clients to fulfill all nine available appointments, I have decided that the best course of action would be to have a draw to fill the spots. Following the results, I will call the selected and inform you of your time slots. I will then post the selected few,so other's can find alternative care for their pets.
The rules for dropping off your dogs include but are not limited to:
1. No client can accompany their dog into the salon. Dogs will be placed on a leash outside the door and I will bring them in
2. Masks must always be worn on the property outside your vehicle
3. If you are not feeling well, please cancel your appointment. A list of symptoms can be found on https://www2.gnb.ca/content/gnb/en/departments/ocmoh/cdc/content/respiratory_diseases/coronavirus.html as well as a self-assessment tool
My apologies to all the unanswered messages in November thus far. Thank you for your understanding in these times of uncertainty.
