Staveley Farms Boer Goats Welcome to our FB page. Our herd is built on the foundation of strong genetics throughout the Boer goat industry in Canada and USA.

We truly believe in raising strong hard working, high quality meat goats and are always striving to produce a better goat that will go above and beyond today's industry standards. We are serious about our goats, not only their genetics, conformation, and productivity, but their health. If they're not healthy nothing else matters in the long run. Herd tested for CAE since 2008 and Johnes since 2017. CL vaccinated as preventative. (no symptoms of the disease in our herd). Type Evaluation & Performance testing, Scrapie Certified. Please feel free to contact us for any inquiries. **Farm visits are by reserved appointments only.

Staveley Leroy (TR41456) Date of birth : December 18 2023. Twin raised as a twin. Our last buck we still have on farm sired by Mattabeset FFA Ticket To Ride (R37365) Leroy's dam is Staveley Henrietta (TR36527) She classified Excellent her dam Classified Double Excellent. Leroy is loaded with American genetics that we can no longer import into Canada. The borders closed in 2023. I love his genetics but it is getting more difficult to use him in our herd, with him being a home bred buck we are running out of unrelated does to put him with. This is a buck that is made to improve a herd. He has produced Traditionals, reds and dapples. Our herd is health tested CAE and Johnes annually. No symptoms of CL on the farm. We vaccinate with Glan Vac 6 as prevention. For more information please personal message.
