Day 22 of is Flirt Pole. If your dog loves to chase as part of their prey drive sequence you can drag this toy across the floor for them to chase and grab. It’s great as it keeps your fingers well away from the toy!

Day 20 of is asking your dog to do the tricks they know. I like tricks that use different muscle groups.

Day 18 of is a lick mat. My lick mat is split into 4 section and has suction cups underneath to stick it to the floor. If you freeze it once filled it lasts longer!

Day 17 of is using some clean fleece fabric with treats wrapped in and then all of that shoved into a kitchen roll tube!

Day 15 of is take you and your dog to a new place for a walk. Getting out in nature will help you and being in a new area will help your dog - win win!

Day 14 of is agility. Agility is your dog using muscles they don’t normally use on a standard walk, a bit like us going to the gym. You can do agility out on a walk by using benches, fallen logs as well as running up hills.
