🐾 COURTESY POST - Temporary foster home needed for 2 cats 🐾

I’ll be moving to Revelstoke at the end of October, but unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find pet-friendly accommodation.

This is a very difficult decision for me, but I’m hoping to find a loving temporary foster home for two cats until I can secure a place where they are allowed.

If you’re able to help or know someone who might be, I would be incredibly grateful!

Join the Revelstoke & District Humane Society on Saturday, November 14 for Pictures with Santa & our Silent Auction Fundraiser! Bring your pets and loved ones for a festive photo session and create some special holiday memories. These photos are perfect for your Christmas cards! 🎁

• 9 AM – 12:15 PM
• 1 PM – 5:30 PM

UPDATE: ADOPTED

🐾 Meet Tiger! 🐶

This sweet boy is Tiger, and he’s 2 years old. ❤️

Tiger is an absolute sweetheart who loves giving kisses and being around people. He has a mellow, gentle personality, and we have a feeling there’s even more of his personality waiting to come out once he feels safe, comfortable, and at home with his new family. 🥰

Tiger is still learning the basics and doesn’t seem to have been taught many commands before coming to us. Sometimes that makes him seem a little stubborn, but we think that may change as he learns what’s expected of him. With some patience, consistency, and lots of love, we think this sweet boy has so much potential. ❤️

He even recently had a trip to the groomer for a bath and was such a good boy and very well behaved! 🛁🐶

We’ve had another dog come through that Tiger could see, and he didn’t seem interested or reactive. However, we don’t yet know how he would do living with other dogs or cats.

Tiger is vaccinated and dewormed and will be neutered on September 2, 2026.

Now all this sweet boy needs is a family to call his own. 🏡❤️ Could Tiger be the one you’ve been waiting for?

UPDATE: Reunited with her family

🐾 Is anyone missing this kitty?

This young female cat was found on 3rd Street, across from the courthouse.

She is approximately 4–5 months old, not spayed, and does not have a microchip. She’s a little feisty and timid, but also very sweet. No growling or hissing. ❤️
