Lure Coursing this Saturday August 22nd starting at 9:00am
No experience necessary
1 run for $12 or 3 runs for $30
Maximum 3 runs per dog. Groups of 3 runs can be split between dogs of the same family only.
Please note I can not book you at a certain time, it's first come first served. Expect to be here for a bout an hour to do your dogs runs.
There has been a great deal of interest so we expect it to fill up quickly.
24 hour cancellation notice required or $20 fee will be applied.
This event is dependent upon good weather so check your emails before leaving the house.

The Avalon Ranch family lost one of our longtime members Laura Kavoliunas.

Many years ago, Laura walked through our gates with her puppy Miss Molly, full of hope and eager to learn. Over the years, it wasn’t just about training a dog. She became part of our community, sharing laughs, celebrating successes, and creating memories that will stay with us.

My condolences to everyone who knew her. A training club often becomes much more than a place to teach dogs. It becomes a place where people build lasting friendships too. May you find comfort in the countless lives she touched and in the bond she shared with her beloved dog.

Rest in peace, and thank you for being part of our story. ❤️🐾

Laura Kavoliunas passed away on July 25, 2026.
Celebration of Life to be held on Saturday, August 8, 2026 at 10 AM, at Beechwood Funeral Home, 280 Beechwood Avenue, Ottawa.
