We wanted to share an update on our sweet Ziggy.

After everything he's been through, we're so happy to say that Ziggy is back to being himself—sweet, silly, playful, smart, and full of personality. Watching him return to his happy self has been the greatest gift.

We also want to express our deepest gratitude to every single person who donated, shared our GoFundMe, stopped in to check on Ziggy, or sent kind messages asking about his well-being. Every donation, every share, every visit, and every heartfelt note touched us more than words can adequately express.

Ziggy is such an important part of our world, and during this difficult time, our incredible pet community showed us just how important he is to all of you as well. The love and support you poured out for him filled our hearts in ways we never could have imagined.

We know times are challenging for many people right now, which makes your generosity even more meaningful. You showed up for us in ways we hoped for and in countless ways we never expected. Because of your kindness, our hearts are full.

As many of you know, Ziggy absolutely loves visitors, and he can't wait to welcome all of his friends back. Don't be shy—he certainly isn't! He loves the attention and takes his job of recommending the best toys, treats, and food very seriously. In fact, he's pretty darn good at it.

Knowing that Ziggy is loved by so many people is something we will never take for granted. We are truly overwhelmed by the support of our friends, family, customers, fellow pet lovers, and our entire community. Your generosity helped ensure that Ziggy will continue to have a loving home and a place where he can greet his friends for many years to come.

It's incredibly humbling to ask for help again, but we have created this GoFundMe for our beloved store cat, Ziggy, after he was injured on May 29th. He required immediate emergency vet care.

Since the beginning of 2026, many of you have shown us so much kindness, and support, through Todd's open heart heart surgery and challenges that came with it. We are forever grateful.

As a small business, unexpected expenses like Ziggy's vet bill are hard to recover from. We would spend every penny again to save him--he's not just our store cat. He's family, and loved by so many.

If you're able to donate, no matter the amount, we would be deeply grateful. If donating isn't possible, please consider sharing this. We understand times are tough for so many people, and every share helps more than you know.

Thank you for an amazing Street Fair! ❤️

The 35th anniversary of CVAF and our 9th year at the fair was truly the best one yet. The love, support, laughter, and community spirit made this weekend so special.

And what better way to celebrate than by sending off our incredible manager, Erinn. After 9 wonderful years, she is moving on to a new adventure. While we will miss her deeply, we are so excited for everything the future holds for her.
Thank you, Erinn, for your years of dedication, kindness, and heart. You’ve left a lasting mark on all of us and on this community. ❤️
