HD - Scent Detection

10/21/2026

The 👍:
January 24th Games Trial has been approved!

The 👎:
HD Scent Detection we will be taking a break from hosting our regular scheduled trials in 2027. This decision wasn't easy but for a variety of reasons holding a full 3 day isn't in the cards. Perhaps a 1 day double elite or another double games trial will work itself into the year only time will tell.

But! Have no fear we will be working behind the scenes scouting new and fun locations for the 2028 trial season! We will be back!

We will miss you all, we love holding trials and are sad to have to make this decision.

Pending sanctioning!!!

Our beat the winter blues double games trial is a go!

I hear it's the judges birthday as well. Not saying gifts will get you a Q but it might so you should bring her something anyways!

Audrey Tyrrell

We just met Audrey at our last trial. What a gem of a person! She makes some wonderful cloth tote bags and has offered us 2 of them! Look for one on the raffle table and one as a volunteer prize!

Along with that Audrey is heading our 5 - 10 minute crafts for competitors to pass the time!

Thank you so much for everything!

Wheat Kings Leather

A local leather/biothane collar and leash maker....and also an SDDA judge! Her work is amazing and the care and thought she puts in to each piece is unmatched.

Year after year, trial after trial, Wheat Kings Leather donates a piece to our raffle table. This year it is custom Leather Nameplate Collar and matching Leash! I'm already jealous of the person who wins this!
