It’s something about rehab horses that I am a sucker for!

Sierra came to me with an injury,
She was being rehabbed originally at another place. But due to the attention it needed her owner decided to bring her to me.

After a week of having stitches she decided to pull them out with her teeth,So it was back to square one healing up a giant hole. She arrived at my place with the stitches pulled out

It’s been a week and half since sierra came to me.

First photos show the wounds after they were cleaned up by the vet and the pretty stitches on June 22 2023

Next photo is from the day she came to me on June 30,2023

And the progress in between the last photo is from it today July 8 2023

So happy with how this is healing up! I was most concerned with the chest wound but it looks like the leg one is gonna be the longest to heal up.

Handsome max looking cute as ever. He’s got such a nice demeanour to him if you didn’t know he was a stud, you would think he was a gelding.

I got my pens put together, with room for an extra! It’s not pretty but it’s safe!

Can’t wait for client horses to be showing up in the next few days!

It’s crazy how fast life can change!

I now have time to be able to open up my weekdays!

I will be accepting horses and I do travel as well so
I can come to you depending on location.

I have an English and western background.

I love teaching, if your looking to build some new buttons with your young horse or older horse, or improve your riding experience shoot me a message!

The video below is from Sierra and Kayla’s 3rd ride. This was her fist time mounting without me standing there holding!

This mare has had a saddle on multiple times and had 2 rides in a saddle with zero issues. Kayla really enjoys riding ba****ck, so together we decided to use a saddle pad and sursingle for grip if needed. And while doing slow work at a walk we can build balance and core strength without have stirrups and a saddle.

(At this time I do not have lesson horses, so you would be required to have your own horse.)
