Okay, so finally got to try Erin's sourdough bread that she brings out to Brooke's Farm Stand! Everyday Bakes by Erin

Let me just say, that it was everything you want it to be. Fresh, moist, bouncy and squishy ( if you know, you know)
It was delicious in every way and so flavorful! I bought the classic loaf and the white cheddar and chive.

Do yourself a favor and get yourself some of this amazing bread!
