✨Valley Pet Care Policies✨
To keep things safe and running smoothly for everyone, here are a few important policies to note…
1. All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations and in good health,
2. Dogs must be non-aggressive and safely manageable on leash,
3. A meet & greet is required before starting services,
4. 24 hours notice is required for cancellations when possible,
5. Clients must provide reliable home access (key, lockbox, or code),
6. Properly fitted collar/harness and leash must be provided,
7. Walks may be modified during extreme weather for safety,
8. In the event of an emergency, dogs may be taken to the nearest vet clinic if the owner cannot be reached (owner responsible for costs).
Valley Pet Care reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if a situation is unsafe or not the right fit.
