Yvonne graduated from the Nova Scotia Agricultural College in 1995 with a diploma in Animal Health Technology (Veterinary Technician). Over the course of the last 27 years, Yvonne has spent over 24 years working as a Veterinary Technician in small animal practice, 1 year teaching the Veterinary Assistant Program at Eastern College and 10 years grooming dogs and cats. She continues to stay up to da

te with current trends in Veterinary Medicine, Nutrition, grooming and alternative medicine (she holds a certificate and is an Animal Reiki Practitioner) through attending conferences and seminars both online and in person (when availability allows).

I regret to inform the public that I am currently holding intake of new dogs due to a sudden influx of new ones since January. I will have a wait list on a first come first served basis for available openings as they open up.

Happy New Year!

I took advantage of the post Christmas lull between Christmas and New Years to give the shop floor a much needed upgrade from the dingy peeling painted cement look. I just hope it can withstand any flooding issues that occasionally occurs during extra heavy rains.
