Canadian Sport horse (Connemara x TB)
14.2 Gelding

One blemish on his right butt/hip area (old injury) but doesn’t seem to effect him

Nash is suitable for a confident rider whether that be a child or an adult.
He can be hot in the arena but he’s great on trails. I’ve had kids on him in both. Ride him out alone or in a group.

His down fall is he is awful around mares. If he lives with them he will mount them. Over and over. He will become possessive over them and chase any other geldings away even from the other side of the fence.

Hes easy to work with and is super friendly and wants to be with people.
The reason for selling him is down sizing my herd.

I wasn’t going to post this…
Only because she’s so muddy..
(Not enough warm days to bath them all)
but what a quality moment not to share.

We took a good break over the winter and have come back slow, no pressure, more play and we’ve been working on this.

So proud of us.

These nose bags are the best thing ever!! I can get the senior horses all their goodies without having to catch them, pull them out of the pen, tie them, wait and put them back.
I walk out with the bags, clip them on and watch and wait. They are not kicked off by the herd mates or the cow… haha!

Safe to say we need a little break… this weather has made conditions absolutely terrible.. even with sand in the round pen (which has standing water over it now), getting horses out of pens and to the round is almost impossible. The parking and walkways are overly dangerous.

I still don’t regret my choice not to haul this winter….

Let’s hope that ground hog is right and spring is on its way early!!

The cracks tonight were loud!!

Can you believe she’s perfectly fine with this but if I bust a move or give a little wiggle in my step, she comes undone? 🤣

Who ever had her before must have been a terrible dancer 🤣🤣🤣
