📅 A Friendly Reminder About Appointments & My Cancellation Policy 🐾
Hi everyone! I just wanted to post a quick reminder as I've had several last-minute cancellations recently.
If you have pre-booked appointments, please take a moment to check your upcoming dates and times to make sure they still work with your schedule. If you notice any conflicts, please send me a text message as soon as possible so we can hopefully find another time.
Not sure when your next appointments are? No problem! Just send me a text, and I'll happily send you a list of all your upcoming appointments.
Cancellation Policy:
🐾 More than 48 hours' notice: No cancellation fee.
🐾 48–24 hours' notice: 50% of the scheduled appointment fee.
🐾 Less than 24 hours' notice (or no-shows): 100% of the scheduled appointment fee.
As a small business, every appointment time is reserved specifically for your pet. Unlike larger businesses, I can't easily absorb the lost income when appointments are cancelled at the last minute, and it's often too late to fill that time with another client.
I truly appreciate everyone's understanding and support. Your consideration helps keep my schedule running smoothly and allows me to continue providing the best care possible for all of your wonderful pups. ❤️🐶
