🐾 New After-Hours Veterinary Support with VetWise
We’re excited to now be partnering with VetWise, a Canadian veterinary triage service that helps pet owners access veterinary support when our clinic is closed.
VetWise is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you have an urgent concern after hours, simply call our regular clinic phone number and follow the prompts to be connected with a Registered Veterinary Technologist (RVT).
The RVT will talk with you about what is happening with your pet, help assess how urgent the situation is, and guide you through the next steps. They work as part of a larger veterinary team that also includes veterinarians, so additional medical support is available when needed.
If your pet needs to be seen urgently, VetWise can connect you with the local veterinary clinic that is currently on call when local emergency coverage is available.
There is no charge to pet owners to speak with the VetWise triage team.
We’re really happy to be able to offer our clients a simple, reliable way to access veterinary guidance after hours — without having to figure out on your own which clinic is on call.
