Pet Care From The Hart

06/21/2026

To all my wonderful clients, furry friends, and community members,

After much thought and consideration, I have made the bittersweet decision to close Pet Care From The Hart.

Running this business has been an absolute joy. Getting to know your beloved pets, and being a part of your lives has been an incredibly rewarding experience. I will deeply miss all the tail wags, purrs, and wonderful updates, but I am stepping into a new chapter of my life.

**Existing Bookings:**
I will fully honor all scheduled bookings.

**Recommendations:**
If you need recommendations for trusted local pet sitters to take over your care, please feel free to send me a DM—I’d be happy to point you in the right direction!

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for trusting me with your homes and your fur babies. It has been an honor being your go-to sitter.

Wishing you and your pets nothing but the best! ❤️

With gratitude,
Meri Lee-Ward

Update to services

Hello everyone! Due to some recent changes in my personal life, I will be limiting my availability for the remainder of 2024, and reassessing next season.

What does this mean for you?
• no changes or impacts to existing bookings!
• I am currently not able to accept new bookings for overnight housesitting or in-home daycare.
• I am still happy to accommodate dog walking and check-in visits up to one hour long.

Thank you all for your support and understanding and looking forward to hanging out with all of your furry friends!
