Looking to borrow a decent chipper shredder to grind up a tonne of corn stalks into mulch for our garlic. As the corn stalks are soft, it does not need to be a very big chipper. Can any body hook us up? Happy to trade a bunch of squash, or corn stalks (if you want them for decorating) or something else! Photo for context.

September may be coming to an end but the abundance of our harvest is just peaking! We have SO much winter squash that we are running out of places to put it! Our new broccoli harvest is amazing with heads the size of volleyballs! Still so many paste tomatoes so not too late to make your sauce or freeze some for the winter.

Tired of hearing news stories about pesticide contaminated berries from south of the border? Our fall bearing raspberries are just getting going and we are stocking the farm store with them everyday.

We still have melons, salad greens, peppers, carrots, cabbage, kale, chard, cherry tomatoes and so much more every day in the farm stand.

Open everyday from 10:00am to 8:00pm and located at the very end of King Avenue.

YARD SALE at Blueberry Commons this coming Saturday October 3rd 10am-1pm, at the end of King Ave in wildwood.

Come check out the multi-household collection of books, house & kitchen things, furniture, art, plants, tools and more!

No early birds please. Parking on the street. Farm stand will be open too, so come get your fresh local organic produce! Rain or shine we’ll be out on the pavement between the houses or down to the left in the farm shop.

OUR ANNUAL SQUASH BOX SPECIAL IS BACK!!!!

Every year we have a bumper crop of something and this year it is definitely winter squash! We have almond st filled up our curing space and there is SO much chance more waiting to be harvested.

A squash box gets you 26 pounds of a variety of types for $75 which will s less than $3 a pound for certified organic local squash. You will not find that in any of the grocery stores and frankly our quality will be so much better!

Our varieties include acorn, blue Hubbard, butternut, buttercup, carnival, delicata, three kinds of kabocha, mashed potato, red kuri and spaghetti! Each with their unique flavour, texture and use.

We are curing these well so that if stored correctly, they will last for months n your home. Nothing like a curried butternut soup, a stuffed acorn, fried delicata, red kuri stew or roasted kabocha in the middle of winter!

Hey Lower Sunshine Coast and Vancouver area - WE ARE COMING TO YOU!

You can place an order for our certified organic, coop grown produce and we will deliver RIGHT to your door! That's right - we will deliver to you!

Here's how it works:

You can place your order from the list below by emailing [email protected]. Once we confirm your order, you send an Etransfer. We will be harvesting on Monday and Tuesday so orders must come to me by no later than midnight on Sunday, September 20. Please send your address along with your order.

I will be departing on the Saltry Bay Ferry at 7:25 am on Wednesday so doing deliveries to the lower coast starting around 8:45 am to 10:30 am. Deliveries to the Vancouver area will be in the afternoon from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

See below (and attached) for a complete list of what is available - there is A LOT! Whether you are wanting to stock your fridge for the week or stock your pantry for the fall and winter - there is something for everyone! In order to make this viable, there is a minimum order of $40.

The melons are divine. The squash is gorgeous. The tomatoes are sumptuous!. I hope you will partake in this amazing bounty of the earth! Please feel free to drop me a line if you have any questions about the produce or how this all works!
