It is our intentions to be fair and reasonable, and to promote a pleasant and amicable partnership with our clients. We will be honest, supportive and reasonable in all of our dealings and look forward to developing long term relationships with our customers. We ourselves have enjoyed the hobby of ponds, water gardens and koi and goldfish for over 30 years, 15 years operating our own licensed aquaculture facility, breeding and retailing gorgeous Canadian bred Koi, goldfish and unusual, rare pond fish species. It is our goal to share that experience and the knowledge we have gathered over those many years to help our customers, be they homeowners, contractors, or others in the industry to enjoy success and promote Koi keeping and water gardening.
