As of Thursday, April 8, we are open for business, however, customers are not allowed in our stores. This is called OPEN for CURBSIDE PICKUP ONLY. How does this work?
We still have many convenient ways to shop with us!
[ 1 ] Your fastest option to shop with us is still to come to the store directly. Ideally, you should visit the store between 10 am and 6pm (Our hours are extended on certain days) Please come armed with a list of the items you would like and we will get the items for you. A picture on your phone is very helpful. Bring your list of items and be ready with sizes, formulations and your loyalty card or phone number. You will be helped on a first come, first served basis. Customers at the store have priority over phone and email orders.
[ 2 ] We have free shipping to your front door when you order over $49 from the pet valu website at petvalu.com. There are some restrictions on products available, however; non-essential items are probably best acquired this way.
[ 3 ] To peruse items online, then pickup and pay at the store, visit petvalu.com to select your items and then checkout and choose Pet Valu Port Perry to pickup and pay at the door. The store will call you when your order is ready. Orders can take from a few hours to overnight to complete. If you need it fast, see option [ 1 ] and come to the store.

[ 4 ] Call ahead 905-985-3223 pick up & pay at the door or pay over the phone by credit card. Please keep trying, order hours here are between 10am and 3pm. The phone can be busy for extended periods of time. Please be patient.
Please note - All returns and exchanges are suspended until further notice. Payment methods are Debit, Visa, Mastercard, Amex. We are not accepting cash through the Pandemic. We will not have cash on the premises until the mask order has been lifted. If you have a special need and can only pay cash, please ask to speak with the owner and we will arrange a gift-card credit for you, valid at any of our stores.
