Our Grateful Dead baby ❤️🌹⚡️💀🍭
Many think “Ripple” is named after water, being a Newfoundland, but as the dead heads already know.. 😉
She is named after the grateful dead song, Ripple off the American Beauty album. Her registered name “If My Words Did Glow” are lyrics from Ripple.
We are saddened to hear of the loss of Bob Weir yesterday 💔 Grateful we saw him at the Gorge 2 years ago and soaked in the full experience. The music never stopped 😌🌀 RIP Bob Weir. May the four winds blow you home again ✌🏼☮️

What a year for “Ripple” 🤩
BIS RBIS GCH VedderShores If My Words Did Glow RN CGN 🌹💗☮️

We started out selectively showing at local shows with the goal of finishing her CH this year and focusing on working titles while she grew up a bit.

Her first weekend out as a special she became a multi group placing bitch in some extremely competitive working groups so we kept going.

At 18 months she earned her GCH with a reserve best in show ✨
A month later.. we could not be more proud, she went best in show ❤️💙

Our first breeding under VedderShores..
VedderShores first CH, first GCH and first BIS

She also passed her Canine good neighbour, earned her rally novice and managed to pick up one leg towards her rally intermediate and one leg in pre-CD!

So much to be proud of and so many dogs and humans behind this one we’re so thankful for ❤️
Looking forward to the adventures of 2026 🥂

An amazing weekend for VedderShores 🤩
At Pacific Kennel Club Ripple went group 2 under judge Adrian Landarte of Uruguay.
Group 3 under judge Jorge Nallem of Uruguay
Group 4 under judge Eduardo Texiera of Brazil
Ripple’s grandpa Cornell came out to play in veterans. Veteran group under Eduardo Texiera and Linda Buckley of Australia. He had so much fun showing in BIS 🤍
Thank you PKC for a beautiful show and huge appreciation to our judges for all the kind words of our dogs and bright future for our breeding program ✨❤️
