We got our check up done by Dr Red, and all cleared and up to date on all things to start conditioning for our 50 mile ride in June! We had our first ride out today, this afternoon for about 2 hours! L*D! She did amazing solo and never batted an eye besides to have some snacks along the way! Woohoo to spring time riding!

I’m in the port Alberni area if anyone wants to join me for a conditioning ride!

In the clear never felt so amazing! 🤩
