Good morning to you all. I hope your day finds you well. Some of you may have noticed that I have a sign in my window saying to stick to appointment times for your Pets. I just wanted to elaborate on that sign. The reason for this is because when you come early to an appointment, it disrupts the person and their Pet before you that had an appointment ,because I have to stop working on their dog in order to receive your pet. This puts me behind schedule for their dog and it just continues on through my day. Another reason is because I do not take any breaks. This may mean the difference between being able to have a bite to eat and sit down for a few minutes or use the bathroom without rushing .It may allow me 10 minutes or 15 minutes to sit down and have a break. I also appreciate you coming and picking your pets up in a timely fashion after you have been called that they are ready to go. Thank you so so much for attention to this matter.
