⭐️Please join us in Welcoming Our Newest Team Members!⭐️
We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Sofia King Becker and Dr. Carlos Ramirez to our team!
Having recently made the move from Mexico City to Prince Edward County, Dr. Sofia and Dr. Carlos bring with them a wealth of experience, knowledge, and dedication to patient care. We are excited to have their expertise as part of our growing team and know they will be wonderful additions to our community.
When they're not at the office, you'll find Dr. Sofia and Dr. Carlos exploring all that Prince Edward County has to offer---from its beautiful landscapes and charming towns to its local attractions and hidden gems.
They also share their home with four adorable cats: Strudel, Brownie, Nusa, and Pichi, who have made the journey to the County alongside them!
Please help give Dr. Sofia and Dr. Carlos a warm Prince Edward County welcome. If you see them around the office, be sure to stop in, say hello, and introduce yourself!
Welcome to the team, Dr. Sofia and Dr. Carlos---we're so happy you're here!

Cat Owners: Please Be Careful with Lilies and Wisteria! 🐱🌸
Did you know that many lilies are extremely toxic to cats? Even a small amount of pollen, a leaf, or water from a vase can make a cat seriously ill.
It's also important to be cautious with wisteria plants and their seeds, which can be toxic to pets if ingested and may cause symptoms such as vomiting, diarrhea, and lethargy.
If you have feline friends at home, please avoid bringing lilies into your house and be mindful of other potentially toxic plants. This includes many common garden and bouquet lilies, as well as wisteria. While some plants called "lilies" vary in their level of toxicity, it's always best to check before bringing any new plant home.
For a comprehensive list of plants that are toxic and non-toxic to cats, visit the ASPCA's plant database: ASPCA Toxic & Non-Toxic Plants Database. It’s a great resource to check before purchasing or bringing home new plants.
Let's help keep our furry little friends safe and healthy! ❤️🐾
