A few weeks ago Valor got groomed as well because he was shedding badly and was well overdue! I got a new grooming table and dryer and so he got to be the first one to try them out. He’s now all soft and his coat looks so much better.

Henry got groomed today because he was rather stinky and shedding quite a bit. He smells so much better now and I know he feels better too. He’s not a fan of water so doesn’t like the bath but he’s a good boy and well behaved. So much softer now!

Our foster dog Astra got a bath/dry and quick brush the other day due to an accident she had. She smells so much better now and is very soft. She was a very good girl for grooming too!

I groomed Chewy again a few weeks ago. He’s such a good boy! Very much needed the tidy up as he was very shaggy. He’s all handsome now! 🙂

I groomed our temporary foster dog Akiak today as he gets to go back home tomorrow to his owners! I’m very happy for him. He’s been here just shy of 2 months. He’s all fluffy and clean and soft now and ready to go home in the morning. He was very good for it, but a fidget for his feet.

I do also offer Mobile Nail Trims for Cats and Dogs in Peterborough only - 15 - 30 minutes.

Hi there! I’m Michelle Watson, a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) based in Peterborough, with a deep love for animals and years of hands-on experience.

I offer personalized daytime Drop-in pet care services for your furry friends in the comfort of your home. Whether you need someone to walk your dog, administer medications, provide grooming, or simply give them some TLC, I’m here to help. I also offer cat and dog cuddles, playtime, and can even check on fish if needed. While I currently do not offer overnight or boarding services, I’m happy to keep your pets company during the day.

My grooming services include:

Dog and Cat Nail trims (mobile and at my location)
Dog Ear cleaning
Dog Teeth brushing
Dog A**l gland expressions
Dog Paw pad shaves
Sanitary and face trims
Dog Full baths with high-velocity drying
Dog Basic brushing and trimming
Dog Suture and tick removal

Thanks to my medical background, I can assist with administering topical, ear or eye medications, injections, oral medications, and SQ fluids (materials provided by you and your vet). I do not offer Diabetic Care at this time.

I perform all dog grooming services in my Peterborough home, so I can offer individualized care to each pet, but I also offer mobile nail trims in your own home with a delivery fee for those more than 20 minutes away.

I also offer transport servies in Peterborough only, to your Veterinarian or groomer as well as speciem drop off and medicine/food delivery.

As a passionate animal lover, I have two dogs and one cat (all rescues) and am actively involved with SMART (Siberian Malamute Alaskan Rescue Team) Dog Rescue, where I’ve fostered 13 dogs so far! I’m also Fear Free Shelter Certified and Pet CPR/First Aid Certified. I volunteer periodically for other places as well including: Humane Society, Dog Rehab Center, Riverview Zoo, Tail Trackers, Elder Dog, Turtle Conservation and some others.

Your pets’ well-being is my top priority. I promise to provide them with a safe, stress-free environment where they’ll be treated with patience, kindness, and respect. If your pet isn’t comfortable with a service, I will never force them and will gladly try again another time.
