Breezeline is a small Hobby Kennel located in Peterborough Ontario Canada that is dedicated to breeding quality dogs that meet the Official Breed Standard as set out by the Labrador Retriever Club of Canada (LRCO). We also only breed stock that is certified to be free of hip and elbow dysplasia by either the Ontario Veterinary College or Orthopedic Foundation for Animals and conduct other genetic
tests that show recessive genes or common genetic defects such as PRA, EIC, that are present in Labrador Retrievers. We only have one or two litters per year and most of our puppies are sold before our litters are even born. ALL of our puppies are CKC Registered on spay/neuter contracts, have a 2 year health guarantee on hips, eyes and elbows, are micro-chipped, de-wormed, vet checked, have 6 weeks of puppy insurance, and are well socialized. Both the Sire and Dam have full health clearances, and if they are not Champions, they are at the least pointed or have an obedience title. We also require Right of First Refusal if AT ANY time in the life of your Breezeline Dog they need to be re-homed for any reason, we will take them back. We don’t want any of our dogs to end up in a shelter or in rescue.

BUYER BEWARE. PLEASE READ: It is not a matter of choice - this is the law in Canada, as required under the Animal Pedigree Act. Any breeder selling a dog as purebred must register the dog and provide the new owner with the registration certificate within six months of the date of sale at NO extra cost to the buyer. In order for the puppy to be registered BOTH the Sire and Dam must be registered and the litter must also be registered. A reputable breeder will be more than willing to provide certifications as well as any health clearances such as hips, elbows, eyes and heart. Not all breeders are reputable, even if they think they are.... There are many breeders that do not do any health clearances on their stock or never use an outside stud dog, only ones they own. Do your homework as you are adding a family member to your life for 15+ years and you will have a long relationship with your breeder – or at least you should.
