Offered for Sale or Lease | Fancy Registered Small Pony

With a heavy heart, I’ve made the decision to offer this special girl for sale or lease. I’ve had her since she was a foal, so finding the right home for her is incredibly important to me. Unfortunately, I simply don’t have a rider for her at the moment, and as much as I would love to keep her, the reality is that I can’t afford to have a pony sitting here costing me money without having a job in my program. This is the only reason she is being offered.

This fancy 7-year-old chestnut mare is a registered Half-Welsh and North American Sport Pony with lovely breeding, show experience, and so much potential. She competed in Short Stirrup on the local Trillium circuit this season and has all the makings of an easy division pony with the right program and continued development.

Her pedigree is a real highlight, with Rosedale Top Cat as her grandsire and Clynncopa Laurissa as her dam. Her bloodlines are represented by numerous successful ponies competing throughout North America, including ponies that have gone on to compete at the Royal and Pony Finals.

She has previously had a lead change, which has become a little inconsistent after spending the past year to year and a half in a riding-school program. With a few focused training rides, I expect she should get it back without much trouble.

Although she is quiet enough to have been used in a riding-school setting, I truly believe she is too nice of a pony to spend her days there. She deserves to be someone's show pony, with a rider of her own and the opportunity to continue developing in the show ring. My hope is to find her a home where her quality and potential will be appreciated and where she can have a job that allows her to shine.

💰 Sale: Low-to-mid five figures
💰 Lease: Four-figure lease

📍 Located in Perth, Ontario.

📩 Please PM for videos and further information. A show home is strongly preferred for this special girl. ❤️

✨ TESS | 4-YEAR-OLD THOROUGHBRED MARE ✨
🏇 Hunter/Jumper & Eventing Prospect | Junior or Adult Development Project

Honestly, I’m not sure why Tess is still here 🧡

She is super easy to bring along, willing, uncomplicated, and genuinely enjoys her job. She has not put a foot wrong in her training and has quickly become one of the trainer’s favourites to work with.

Tess has a wonderful personality and really wants to have her own person. She is sweet, affectionate, eager to please, and the type of horse that will give you her whole heart once she trusts you. ❤️

She would be a fantastic opportunity for a junior rider working with a trainer or an adult looking for a young horse they can develop themselves without spending the price of an already finished horse.

✨ “Happy Hour” — Gibson | Looking for his next lease partner! ✨

12-year-old • 15.1hh • Gelding

Gibson has the biggest puppy-dog personality and is just a genuine, fun, easy guy to have around. He loves attention, is very easy on the ground, and enjoys spending time with his person. ❤️

He has spent the last two seasons teaching a green adult amateur the ropes of the jumper ring, moving her up from the 2' Hunters all the way to .75m.

Gibson is very safe, honest and reliable and would be fantastic for a novice child, adult amateur, someone wanting to learn the ropes of the jumper ring, or a child coming off a pony. He would also make a great medal or equitation horse.

He is a beautiful mover and would do extremely well in the hack classes and equitation on the flat. He is the type of horse that can really help introduce a rider to the show ring, especially someone transitioning from the hunter ring into the jumper ring.

He is most comfortable and consistent showing at a maximum of .75m / 2'6". He has been working on his lead changes and has been getting much more consistent with them at shows this season. They are not quite fully automatic yet, but he is quick to get the correct lead and continues to improve.

⭐ Mid-4-figure lease
⭐️ Reduced rate for on property
⭐ Some annual maintenance
⭐ Strong preference for an in-barn lease
⭐ Off-property leases considered to approved facilities

🌟 4-Year-Old Chestnut Thoroughbred Mare 🌟

📍 Perth, Ontario

🍂 This lovely 16hh chestnut Thoroughbred mare has just turned four years old and is ready to begin her career. Purchased as a yearling to be a personal horse, she was intentionally given time to grow and mature and has never been raced or track broke

🏇 She is approximately one month into her groundwork and preparation for under saddle. She is confidently learning to lunge at the walk and trot and has recently begun introducing the canter on the lunge. She has also been introduced to wearing tack and is taking everything in stride, with the bridle being introduced next week. She is a smart, willing mare that enjoys having a job and is proving to be a quick learner

💛 She is one of the first horses to meet you at the gate and always comes when called. She has a sweet personality, is easy to handle, and is a relatively easy keeper for a Thoroughbred with a nice medium build

✨ One of her minor quirks is that she can become a little herd bound, especially if she has had time off or isn't in a consistent routine. This generally amounts to calling to her friends and occasionally becoming distracted—nothing extreme. She truly thrives on consistency, enjoys having a job, and wants to be someone's partner

🏅 With her kind temperament, athletic build, and willing attitude, we believe she has all the ingredients to make a lovely eventer, hunter, or all-around sport horse. As a true blank slate with no track background, she hasn't experienced the wear and tear or lifestyle that many Thoroughbreds have. At the same time, she still possesses the intelligence, athleticism, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn that Thoroughbreds are so well known for. She's the type of young horse that's rewarding to develop, and with a consistent program, we expect her to continue progressing quickly

🌸 She would also make an awesome addition to any breeding program. With her nice conformation, medium build, and quality type, she has the potential to produce lovely pony or sport horse foals when crossed with a quality stallion. Whether your goal is the show ring, eventing, the hunter ring, or building a breeding program, she offers plenty of versatility and a bright future

⭐ Opportunities like this don't come around often. She's a kind, well-minded young Thoroughbred with a solid foundation, a willing attitude, and all the potential to develop into a fantastic partner. Whether you're looking for your next eventing, hunter, or all-around sport horse prospect—or a quality broodmare for the future—she's ready to become someone's special horse

💲 Offered in the mid four figures

📈 This is an excellent opportunity to purchase a quality young Thoroughbred before her price increases with training

🤍 She is being offered for sale on behalf of a client due to personal circumstances and is available at absolutely no fault of her own

📩 Serious inquiries only, please

💐🌟 WEEKEND RECAP 🌟💐

Wow… what a weekend! Despite what Mother Nature had planned for us 🌧️⛈️, our competitors battled the elements and represented our program with pride. We couldn't be more proud of the way everyone rode, competed, and conducted themselves all weekend long ❤️

This weekend we had three teams out representing us:
✨️ Our Trillium Team competing at WCP at the Slide Into Summer Trillium Show.
✨️️ Our Black Creek Rodeo Team competing at the Metcalfe Rode.
✨️Our Jackpot Team competing at Horse-A-Rama in Athens

🐴 TRILLIUM TEAM

🌸 Callie aboard Morton's Platinum Kat had an incredible weekend, earning Reserve Champion in the Modified Pony Division! Against a very competitive group, the pair brought home some fantastic ribbons, including a 6th in the Medal, a 3rd in the Stake Class, and a 3rd Under Saddle. We are so proud of how far this partnership has come and can't wait to see what the rest of the season brings! 🎀

🌟 Kylie and Sincerely Yours also had a fantastic weekend in a large Adult Amateur 2'6 Hunter division. They won their Stake Class and earned several other top ribbons, finishing only a few points shy of Reserve Champion. What an incredible showing from this pair! ❤️

🏅 Anna and Gina KG II continued their successful season, earning Reserve Champion in the 0.75m Jumpers. The pair claimed two class wins, taking home 1st place in both the Power and Speed and Speed classes. We're excited to continue watching this partnership grow and can't wait to see what the rest of the season has in store for them! 💙

⭐ Justine and Happy Hour put together some of their best rounds to date. We love seeing the progress and confidence these two have built together. Out of a very competitive division of approximately 30 riders, they achieved several personal bests, beautiful clean lead changes, and consistently found themselves near the top of the leaderboard in a large and competitive group. We are so proud of the growth this team continues to show 💙

💚 Unfortunately, we didn't get to see Evelyn and Paradigm K complete their division this weekend. After having a great warm-up, severe thunderstorms and lightning brought an early end to the day, forcing the cancellation of their division. We were certainly looking forward to seeing these two compete and can't wait for their next outing together

🤠 BLACK CREEK RODEO TEAM

After torrential rain turned the arena into one giant mud puddle 🌧️🤎, our rodeo crew still went out and gave it their all.

🐑 Little Gage kicked things off with his very first mutton busting ride and came away with a 2nd-place finish! We are so proud of him. Staying on that sheep took plenty of grit and determination, and he certainly gave everyone something to cheer about!

🔥 Gabriel returned aboard his new mount and, despite the slick conditions, came through with a successful catch. We are incredibly proud of him and all the hard work he's put into building confidence and developing this new partnership

👏 Keegan also had a strong run. Unfortunately, the muddy conditions made for some tough luck. His steer was delayed coming out of the chute, and when he finally got his hands on it, the slick conditions made it nearly impossible to hold on, with the steer unfortunately slipping right out of his hands. While the outcome wasn't what he had hoped for, we're incredibly proud of the effort, determination, and grit he showed

🏇 JACKPOT TEAM

We wrapped up the weekend on Sunday with Danielle and Jett competing at Horse-A-Rama in Athens

Competing at a new venue and against some of the biggest classes they've seen to date—with some classes reaching as many as 42 competitors—Danielle and Jett rose to the challenge. Despite less-than-ideal footing thanks to the rain, Danielle gave Jett the confidence he needed to go out and do his job

💙 The pair achieved some exciting personal bests, including a 1st place finish in the 2D Dash and a 4th place finish in the 2D Poles. We are so proud of this team and excited to watch them continue to progress

❤️ As always, none of this would be possible without our incredible village.
Thank you to everyone who came out to support our riders and competitors, as well as those working tirelessly behind the scenes at home. From hauling, horse care, organizing, and cheering from the sidelines to lending a helping hand whenever needed, your support means the world to us

👏 A special thank you to our sponsors, supporters, farriers, equine bodyworkers, volunteers, and everyone who helps keep our horses, riders, and facility at their very best. From matching team gear to farm improvements, maintenance, and all the countless details in between, your contributions never go unnoticed

🏡 It truly takes a village, and we are fortunate enough to have the very best one.
Congratulations to all of our riders, horses, and families on another incredible weekend! We can't wait to see what the rest of the season has in store. ❤️🐴🤠🏇✨

✨🌟 WEEKEND RECAP 🌟✨

Wow... what a weekend! We truly went out and rocked it, and we couldn't be prouder of everyone who represented our program. From the way our riders rode to how they presented themselves, every single one of you made us proud. ❤️

This weekend we had two teams out representing us, with our Trillium Team competing at Westar Farms and our Black Creek Rodeo Team proudly representing us at the Lansdowne Rodeo. 🐴🤠

🐴 WESTAR FARMS TRILLIUM TEAM

🥇 Anna & Gina KG II kicked off the weekend in style! Competing in the 0.75m division, this new partnership impressed from start to finish and was crowned Division Champion. Congratulations girls! We can't wait to see what the rest of the season holds for you both.

🏇 Justine & Happy Hour also had a fantastic weekend, putting in some of their nicest rounds yet. A 4th place finish in the Table A class highlighted the weekend, and although a couple of small pilot errors kept them just out of the ribbons in the other classes, Justine should be extremely proud of how well she rode.

⭐ Evelyn & Paradigm K continued to show the results of all their hard work. Evelyn piloted this young green horse beautifully, earning two 5th place finishes and a 4th in the Bronze Junior/Amateur division. We love seeing this partnership continue to grow and succeed.

🎀 Wrapping up Day One was Callie aboard Morton's Platinum Kat. Competing in a very competitive division, Callie and Daisy came home with a win in the Hack, a 3rd in the Medal, and a 4th and two 5ths over fences. Callie has developed this pony from a young, unbacked prospect into a successful Modified Pony competitor, and we're excited to see what the future holds for this team.

🌟 Day Two belonged to Kylie & Sincerely Yours!

After having the winter off, they returned to the show ring feeling better than ever and captured Champion in the 2'6 Adult Amateur Hunters. Congratulations Kylie! We're so proud of both you and Olive. ❤️

🤠 BLACK CREEK RODEO TEAM

Our rodeo boys also made us incredibly proud this weekend!

🎉 A huge congratulations to Keegan on making his very first catch! All of the hard work, practice, and dedication paid off. He went in with confidence, no hesitation, and got the job done. We can't wait to watch his continued growth in the sport.

🔥 Gabriel also had a strong weekend. Stepping up to a faster, higher-level horse takes confidence, and we're proud that he was willing to challenge himself and take that next step. While he unfortunately had a humbling miss on his performance night run, he came back the second night for a practice/no-time run and caught his steer. We're proud of him for getting back in the box, getting a better feel for his new horse, and proving that perseverance pays off. We know this new partnership has big things ahead.

❤️ As always, none of this would be possible without our incredible village.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support our riders and help at the shows, and to those who stayed behind to keep things running smoothly at home. Whether you were helping with horses, hauling, organizing, cheering from the sidelines, or handling the countless behind-the-scenes details, your support means the world to us.

👏 A special thank you to our sponsors, supporters, and behind-the-scenes team who help make weekends like this possible. From matching team gear and facility improvements to construction projects, maintenance, horse care, and everything in between, your support never goes unnoticed. Thank you to our dedicated farriers, equine bodyworkers, volunteers, and everyone who contributes their time, skills, and resources to keeping our horses, riders, and facility at their very best.

🏡 It truly takes a village, and we are fortunate enough to have the very best one.

Congratulations to all of our riders, horses, and team members on an incredible weekend! We can't wait to see what the rest of the season brings. ❤️🐴🤠✨

This weekend, the Viewpoint Farms Black Creek Rodeo Team headed out to the Tribute Communities Centre in Oshawa for the first annual Oshawa Stampede — and wow, did the boys ever represent and give it their all 🤠🔥

It was such a great night filled with family, friends, cheering on the boys, good food, good drinks, good company, and an exciting rodeo atmosphere from start to finish. We’re so thankful to everyone who came out to support the team and make the night so special.

A huge congratulations goes out to Gabe for an incredible performance, finishing 2nd overall in his evening and 4th overall for the entire weekend 👏🏆 What an accomplishment, and so well deserved!

And an even bigger shoutout to Keegan for making huge strides this weekend 💪🐎 He was able to touch the steer and get off the horse this time, which is a huge accomplishment in itself. It’s just unfortunate that he ended up missing the steer after giving a slight hesitation while the horse rounded off. Aside from that, it was super smooth sailing from there, and it’s amazing to see the confidence and determination continuing to grow every single time he steps into the arena 🔥

We are incredibly proud of both boys and the hard work, dedication, and determination they continue to put into this sport. The future is only looking brighter and brighter from here 📈🤠

And a special thank you to Matt Fisher for putting on such a great rodeo, for letting the boys use his horsepower, and for continuing to teach them everything he knows. Opportunities and mentorship like that mean the world, and we’re incredibly grateful 🤠

We also want to send a huge thank you to our sponsors, supporters, families, and everyone working behind the scenes to help keep the farm running and our horses feeling their absolute best. None of this would be possible without the incredible team we have behind us. It truly takes a village, and we are beyond grateful for every single person in our corner ❤️
