We are absolutely blown away, incredibly humbled, and so unbelievably appreciative of everyone’s support! When we took the leap to open What The Fluff? Grooming Co., we just wanted to do what we love and take care of your furry family members.

To be named the 2026 Silver Winner for Best Pet Groomer—and to be considered among such a wonderful, talented grooming community here in Penticton—is a true honour.

We are proud to announce our newest exclusive service: a tidy and a tutoring! 😉 📖

Jokes aside, this particular piece was picked up this evening, and the backstory makes it even better. This beautiful school desk has origins back to the Naramata school where Kim's family was born and raised. Our roots run deep in the South Okanagan and we are so excited to give this piece of community's history a home in our shop.

Luke is already getting straight A's in looking adorable. 💯
