Our hearts are breaking are for everyone affected by the devastating Bald Range wildfire and the evacuations happening in Summerland and surrounding area
So we want to help.
🏠 If you have been evacuated and need somewhere safe for your dogs to stay, please reach out to us. We will do everything we can to accommodate evacuated families dogs at Penticton Pet Resort.
🐶 We are also accepting donations of pet supplies that can be distributed to people and animals who have been displaced.
If you have extra:
• Dog food
• Cat food
• Treats
• Leashes & collars
• Crates/kennels
• Blankets & towels
• Bowls
• P*e pads
• Pet supplies of any kind
—you can drop them off at Penticton Pet Resort, and we will help get them to the animals and families who need them.
If you or someone you know needs animal evacuation assistance, you can also reach out to ALERT (Animal Lifeline Emergency Response Team), who coordinate emergency animal sheltering and evacuation support.
Nobody should have to be faced with these horrible decisions.
