Rufdogs will be OFFLINE for phone, email, messages and requests from Mon Aug 10th at 4pm until Thursday Aug 13th at 9am. While we will still be here caring for canine guests we will also be spending some precious time with our most senior fellow Puppers as he crosses over the Rainbow Bridge at the wise age of 14.

If you have ever had the chance to meet our Puppers you would know that he is the sweetest and most kind soul to all (except the chipmunks lol) and whose husky yodels of joy when clients arrive could make anyone smile. We are so grateful for his guidance and patience (re: Ida lol) and with the many canine, feline and feathered friends who have come through our home and business.

We are so thankful that when he came to us as a foster dog that he stayed and never left making him our best failure ever! We will miss him so very much but know he will be warmly greeted by Gretta, Cody, Calvin, Curtis & Ida who will surely be waiting for him on the other side.

A special Thank You to Joan Z and the team at The Dog Rescuers for saving him from the side of the road full of ticks and Heartworm and placing him with us.

WE ARE OFFICIALLY OPENING CANADA DAY! 🚨

The wait is officially over. The doors to the Collingwood Animal Referral and Emergency (CARE) Centre are opening tomorrow, and our team is ready to serve the South Georgian Bay community 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

We know that medical emergencies don't stick to a 9-to-5 schedule. Whether it's a late-night emergency or a complex case requiring specialized surgery, we are here to act as a seamless extension of your family veterinarian’s care.

Our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility is fully equipped with advanced diagnostics, an intensive care unit, and human-hospital-grade surgical suites, all run by a team of dedicated emergency veterinarians, board-certified specialists, and highly skilled registered veterinary technicians.

To our incredible community and local veterinary partners: thank you for cheering us on through every step of this build. We are so proud to be here for you when it matters most. 💛🐱
