TESTED LOW SUGAR HAY! ARRIVING WEDNESDAY SEPT 9th

AIR WASHED & HEAT TREATED, CFIA APPROVED

A blend of Timothy Mix. Hay is blended for texture and colour. Multiple fields (farms) gives the client a feed with a broader spectrum of nutrition, smells, and tastes. It is as close as we can replicate a pasture in a bale. It will be our most popular product we sell. Guaranteed Low Sugar!

There are many advantages to this processing system:

Air washed to remove dust, mold and allergens, heat treated for insects
System removes heavy contaminants like rocks, metal and bones
Consistent quality and weight for easy ration portioning
Low moisture, long term storage stability
Small easy to handle bales, delivered on pallets
Stable quality, bale to bale and shipment to shipment
Economical due to purchasing most common hay type in Canada
Blended to a standard grade not sorted from stacks or fields
Sized for efficient transport savings and storage
Our forage suppliers are located in Alberta and Saskatchewan. They are professional forage growers that cater to domestic and international markets. Due to our geographic location this region grows the most palatable hay in the world. Dark organic soil, long clear days and short cool nights produce hay with lower lignin content and with less chemical usage.

It's essential to allow the bales to expand for at least 8 hours, ensuring optimal digestion. We strongly recommend feeding by weight rather than by volume, with an average of 1,000 lb. horse requiring 15-25 lbs. per day.

The cutting process can shatter leaves and stems creating forage fines. Some customers refer to these fines as the "candy" for their animals. So, don't throw out these tasty morsels as your animal will thank you.

We utilize both irrigated and dry land production. All products are inspected by Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and graded before purchase.
