What do we value in our boarding routine?
We get asked a lot what a regular boarding includes, with no add ons, or in a board and train program.
The answer is simple when you aren’t including the regular care of feeding, bathroom breaks, medications, keeping a clean housing unit, etc.
It’s balancing freedom with structure.
A dog can’t survive, or learn to handle the stress of the human world, if both these things aren’t tended too. So we pride ourselves that each day, your dog gets the structure of learning self control in groups AND allowed time to be a dog. With us handling so many reactive dogs this involves alone time for these dogs that struggle to really decompress. Our new location has all training and play areas (indoor and outdoor locations) separate of the boarding area to truly allow the dogs to disconnect from where they are also getting their down time.
This fine balance allows for overall happier, and clear headed dogs. Even the ones that struggle with it the most 🐾
