We’ve had quite a few inquiries about overnight sitting in your dog’s home, so we wanted to share an option now available through our team!

While The Scooby-Shack specializes in In-home boarding at our location, we’re happy to recommend our amazing Manager Sean who now offers dog sitting from the owners home! 🏡

Sean co-runs The Scooby-Shack and has years of hands on experience working with dogs of all temperaments, routines, and needs. This service is offered independently by him, but with the same level of care and experience you’ve come to trust from our team.

How it works:
• Sean stays overnight in your home with your pet
• Maintains your dog’s regular routine in their own environment
• Ideal for dogs who are more comfortable at home, multiple dog households or dogs who aren’t dog friendly.

➕ Add-ons available:
• Midday drop-in visits
• Walks

💲 Pricing:
Overnight stays start at $70/night
(final rate may vary based on location, number of pets, and any additional care requirements)

Boarding Policy Update 🐾

Due to an increase in last-minute boarding cancellations, we will now be implementing a deposit policy for all stays of 3 nights or more.

As a small business with limited space, last-minute cancellations are very difficult for us to fill and directly impact our ability to operate.

We absolutely understand that things can come up, and cancellations do happen however, to help protect our time and availability, the following policy will apply:

• A non-refundable deposit equal to one night’s stay is required at the time of booking for all stays of 3+ nights
• Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received
• The deposit will be applied toward your total balance
We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support, it means everything to our small business 💛

🤓🐶 Scooby-Shack’s Head of Scheduling has an announcement…

To keep The Scooby-Shack running smoothly, ALL bookings must be entered through our online booking site — including:

🐾 Daycare
🐾 Boarding
🐾 Dog walks
🐾 Drop-ins
🐾 Transportation

And yes… even if your pup comes every week on the same days, recurring weekly bookings still need to be booked on the site by you.

📌 If it’s not booked on the site, it’s not officially booked!

This helps us avoid mix-ups, overbooking, missed days, and keeps every dog’s routine locked in so we can focus on what matters most — the pups! 🐕
