Sounds good to me! Tangly, annoying, dangerous things, and folks can’t control their pets well enough on ‘em. 🙌🏻

FYI FYI FYI FYI FYI FYI FYI FYI FYI FYI FYI FYI FYI FYI

💥 Starting tomorrow, Tuesday, April 21, retractable leashes will no longer be welcomed as an acceptable tether to use on the patients, 🐕🐈‍⬛🐩🐈, coming to the clinic for any kind of appointment!

💥 If your only leash that you have is a retractable one, staff will be asking you to swap it out for one of the leashes we have!

💥 This is necessary for the safety of pets, clients and staff. We have had retractable leashes locking mechanisms not work properly. Pets and retractable leashes become wrapped around other clients. Dogs become too close to cats when using retractable leashes. And dogs get too close to non-dog friendly dogs. Having pets on short, standard leashes is the only way to make sure everyone is safe!

💥 We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We do have a good number of leashes to borrow for your appointment with your pet!

The littlest pets need even bigger safety! Even a single grape for this dude could have been awful for his tiny body. Love the success stories of our local vets! 🥰
