A HUGE SHOUT OUT to Melissa Henry 's kids Tajay and Zara for the $500 donation this week.
These are 2 very entrepreneurial young kids that dedicated their summer to raising money for the animals.
Second Chance is very lucky to have them in our corner. As well as their parents that are teaching them at a young age what rescue means and how important it is.

We’re also so proud to share that Tajay and Zara were able to donate $1,000 to two local animal shelters thanks to everyone who supported their lemonade stand this season! 🐾
🐶 $500 to Second Chance Pet Network - will be paid by cheque to Yvette Burns to Second Chance Pet Network
🐱 $500 to Northern Critters In Need - paid by e-transfer Northern Critters In Need
We hope these donations can make even a small difference for the animals in need of care and loving homes. 🐾
A huge thank-you to our amazing Dryden community for supporting Tajay and Zara, buying lemonade, donating, sharing their posts, and encouraging them along the way. Every bit of support helped!
We’d also like to thank the City of Dryden for inviting the kids to have their lemonade stand on Canada Day. 🇨🇦 It was such a great opportunity for them to raise even more for a cause they care about.
Without the support and generosity of our community, Tajay and Zara wouldn’t have been able to help as many animals this year.
