Purranormal Cattery

Hey Purranormal fans in Ottawa! If you missed us at the show three weeks ago you have another chance to come and see us next weekend, October 24 and 25, at the Cohere centre (previously the EY centre) for the TICA show the Annual Pet Expo!

We will be there with Gillman, Elvira, Willow, and Frankenstein!

Also - we got professional photos of Wizardgate Gillman of Purranormal and Amalurra Bridey of Purranormal back from Larry Johnson! They both proved to be somewhat difficult subjects in their own ways but we got a few nice shots of each and we are excited to show them off.

We’ve got a new contender in our Halloween Photo Contest, and he’s got four paws and plenty of horsepower! 🐾💨

Meet Freddy, our handsome little racecar driver, cruising into the contest in his very own FURRARRI! 😹❤️

He’s got the look, he’s got the wheels, and he’s definitely got the cat-titude! 🏎️😎 Watch out, folks… this little speedster is racing straight for the winner’s circle! 🏆🐈

Keep those Halloween entries coming — we’re just getting started! 👻🧡

Our little sea monsters are getting so big! From left to right: Charybdis, Kraken, Cthulhu, and Scylla.

We have been so busy this fall that we have done a poor job keeping you all updated about their development. It is hard to believe they are already 7 weeks old! Elphaba has been doing a great job caring for them, and Gillman is a great dead beat dad 🤭

The kittens are all super spunky and playful now. They love food and attention, and have all happily litterbox trained themselves.

Kitten offers will go out to a few lucky waitlist members in a couple weeks after they have seen the vet for initial check ups and shots.

One of our favourite parts of the Ottawa Cat Show last weekend was participating in the costume contest. The shows theme was Feline Farm Fall Frenzy so we, along with Terin and Mari (who made most of the costumes) did a group entry featuring Farmer Fred and this blue ribbon winning potato, apple, lettuce, pumpkin, cob of corn, and honey!

Special thanks to Jenn and Tayler for helping to present them to the crowd and congratulations to Purranormal Freddy Kougar for his well deserved first prize!

Extra special congratulations to Purranormal Marcel and his moms Alexe and Lise for Marcel's fantastic showing in Ottawa this past weekend. Marcel was awarded 2nd best Premier in show for Sunday, and also achieved his Grand Premier title! We always have so much fun with you guys. Best of luck in Drummondville this weekend!

We had a fantastic time at the annual CCA cat show in Ottawa this past weekend.

Bridey and Elvira were competing, and we also brought our three "Sable Bombays" (Burmese in all other North American cat associations), Gillman, Willow, and Frankenstein to hang out and be pet me cats. Plus Gilly and Bridey got their picture taken by Larry Johnson.

They all had a great time and we loved connecting with the hometown crowd, including many members of our waitlist.

We are thrilled to share that Elvira was a one show grand, having achieved her Grand Champion title!
