Every single day animals arrive at the Oromocto SPCA needing our help. We feed, exercise, bathe, socialize, play with and provide comfort to these abused, neglected and abandoned animals. We take the wounded and sick to the veterinarian, change bandages, administer medications and monitor their recovery - with the goal of finding each animal a loving home. Last year hundreds of animals were adopte

d from the Oromocto SPCA including cats and dogs of all ages, shapes, sizes and breeds, as well as rabbits, rats and more! We invite you to drop by the shelter during adoption hours to visit the animals in our lovely windowed cat room, kitty condos and large outdoor dog runs, or browse our site and view our adoptable animals online.

Hi there! I’m just reaching out a quick message to show you how Rigz is doing. It’s been almost a whole year of having him being apart of our family, and we’re so very grateful, he’s such an amazing loving boy, and we just wanted to say thank you for everything, he’s a brand new dog and we are so blessed to have him in our home!❤️

HAPPY TAILS!

Hi! Just wanted to send an update on Sammy, the male black lab mix that I adopted, 3 weeks ago! He’s been such a great addition to our family, my other two dogs just love him and he’s such a smart boy! He’s been on a few adventures and also gets to meet all kinds of dogs being able to come into the office with me daily. Thanks again, he’s truly such a great dog!

Butterball is an approximately 2 year old male neutered black/white cat. He came to us with several other cats from the New Brunswick SPCA to find their forever homes. He is very friendly and easy going! He has lived with other cats and would likely adjust well to feline friends. We are unsure how he feels about dogs.
