Calling early doesn’t only speed up the repair. It prevents a pump from spending the next three months sitting unused on a counter.

To help us assess the problem, text us:

• A photo of the error code
• The pump’s make and model
• The serial number, if available
• A description of what happened before the error appeared

Our typical turnaround time on pump repairs is 1–3 business days once the pump arrives.

That’s a much shorter wait than hoping the problem eventually fixes itself.

When properly maintained, tested and calibrated, older pumps can continue to deliver accurate, reliable performance for veterinary practices.

The important question isn’t how old the pump looks. It’s how well it performs.

A battery has a limited service life. That doesn’t necessarily mean the entire infusion pump has reached the end of its working life.

I replaced the battery in this Baxter Flo-Gard, helping extend its useful service life for at least another four years.

Once the repair is complete, the pump can be properly tested before being returned to the veterinary team.

Before committing budget to a new pump, have the equipment you already own assessed. Sometimes one targeted repair is all it needs.
