WHOOOO HOOOOO !!

I got a new assistant here at Off The Ranch 🎊🎈🎉

She is here 2 times a week and will be able to help getting more dogs in a day as I can only do so many by myself in the limited time Denver is at daycare !!

I feel like I need to make a post about what’s happening with the shop due to fires. My daughter is down on the coast. She has been there since Tuesday to get out of the smoke and so I can relax a little bit about her safety.

I am currently on evacuation alert. If we go on order I am going to coast. The shop will not be open. I will go down to be with Denver as I refuse to get stuck up any farther north without her.

I have never had to deal with this before. I am not sure how everything works but I just thought I would give you a heads up.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. The shop is going to be open on Tuesday after the long weekend. You will be contacted if I go on Order and have to cancel your appt.

This little clear/black bug in this water is the bane of my existence.

ITS LICE SEASON !!!

We do not have many fleas up here but my gosh do we have lice.

Lice is very very contagious and the dogs must be sent home immediately - rest of dogs for the day must be cancelled and the salon bleached immediately.

The salon has been bleached and throughly deep cleaned no dogs are at risk and I have burned all the hair out of my nostrils LOL.

Please make sure you are giving your dogs a flea/tick and lice preventative. Not all of the flea and tick preventatives include lice so make sure you
are on the correct one.

Considering this is my first case of lice since winter is actually really good. This time last year I think I had 4-5 by now so we are moving in the right direction 🤞

Hello everyone hope you are all good and looking forward to summer ☀️

I am currently booking middle of October. Make sure you are pre booking all of your appointments. Some have booked all the way to Christmas already which I highly recommend you do.

I get to be a matron of honour at my best friends wedding this Saturday and we have alot to do leading up to it. After the wedding I am off for the week as Denver’s daycare is closed and I will be heading down to the coast to visit with my family. I will not be responding to work messages over the wedding weekend and will do my best when I am down on the coast to get back to everyone.

PLEASE PRE BOOK YOUR APPTS. My cancellation list has over 20 dogs on it I cannot guarantee you will get an appt from the list.

What an honour.

I don’t have the words fully describe how I feel today. I honestly feel on cloud 9.

4 years in a row my amazing clients have showed up and voted for me.

Everything has been worth it.

The sacrifices I have made are truly paying off.

Going back to work 7 weeks after having a baby. Putting her in daycare so I can continue working and doing what I love. Everything has been worth it.

I am so blessed I get to make my own schedule and still spend plenty of time with my daughter but none of that would have been possible without all of you.

This is possible because you trust me with your fur babies. And I will never be able to fully put in to words how that makes me feel 🥹

I am so incredibly grateful to be so busy. It is a huge stress reliever when I have dogs booked. I remembered when I first opened I use to cry to my mom and husband saying “what if no one books appointments?”

However being so busy is so hard for my returning clients. I am begging you - think ahead and pre book your appointments !! You can book all the way up to Christmas right now and some already have.

My first available appointment right now is July 28 and it’s filling up so quickly. Please please please pre book. It is so much easier for you to book 3-4-5 appointments at a time and then me be able to swap with someone that same week if something comes up on your schedule than not having an appt and trying to get squeezed in.

Again I am so thankful and grateful that I get to continue doing what I love and that I am busy at work.

BUT PRE BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENTS!!!!!
