Owners on the list accounts must be Closed no later then Owner if your on holidays their will be a additional charges for board service added on your puppy account,Billing boarding services are firm and paid up-front no exceptions.

Thiese changes are due to previous owners boarding and not returning to pick up their puppies.

Owners once litter is born I will do a head count then start doing videos photo updates.

Owners on the list will receive live videos and photos 1st owner has Priority pick of choice.

Once owner selected their puppy pick of choice, They will receave live video updates and photo updates every 2 weeks
Until the Vetinarian Vaccination & Home date Aug 12th at 1 pm

If their are changes I will let all owners know once again I'll be doing photos & Live videos and taking paret photos of owner and their new baby boy or girl.

Our Pomeranians are highly spectacular specially recommended for mature adults and kids of all age groups that may live in the following accommodations such as an Apartment, Townhouses, Duplex, High Rise, Trailer Park or for home renters or Homeowners, Penthouse or Studio or Cottages or may live in a Villa home accommodation that only allow
Micro Mini pomeranians 3 lbs.
Small pomeranians 4 lbs
Mid size Pomeranians 4-5 lbs as a family companion pet in their accommodations.

Our tiny miniaturized pomeranians require minimal to low maintenance due to their exquisite small, tiny size compared to their larger relatives and do not require a huge back yard or require louds of excessive outside exercise.

All our Pomeranians get wormed at 8 weeks of age set of veterinarian Vaccination shots at 8-weeks they receive their certified Vaccination certification and placed into their booklet, Future Micro Mini Pomeranians will be chipped injected/this registry identifies you as the new owner
before leaving our accommodations.

All deposits and payments are non refundable and come with a recorded security receipt,
The ID code # is on the right side of your receipt.

All hard copy receipts are sent to owners when they place an Electronic Email Transfer Deposit in

If owners on receipt can not visit their pomeranian their receipt copies will be sent directly to their text message phone number..

1- Once your non refundable security deposit $500 is in place your payment installments will be $350 bi-weekly until your account is closed. All payments are non refundable & due before the 1st or on the 1st and before the 15th or on the 15th of each month until your account is closed

2- Once your non refundable security deposit $500 is in place your payment installments would be $400 bi-weekly until your account is closed. All payments are non refundable & due before the 1st or on the 1st and before the 15th or on the 15th of each month until your account is closed

3- Once your non refundable security deposit $500 is in place your payment installments would be $450 bi-weekly until your account is closed. All payments are non refundable & due before the 1st or on the 1st and before the 15th or on the 15th of each month until your account is closed.
