So the time has come to sell our beautiful truck and camper. We sold the horses, so don’t really need them anymore. We have a Ford F-450 dually and a 2013 Arctic Fox 1140 that we would like to sell as a combination for $120,000.
We had a new AF camper, last time we went to Arizona, but these older models are so much better and have great features, like enclosures around the vents so that the wind doesn’t blow them off, if you forget to close them.
This unit has all the storage you could could want! It is a true 4-season camper, so it will not freeze up if the temperature drops to -20, when the forecast was -2. We renovated the the shower with a jointed rod, so you don’t hit the door with your elbow, sending it flying open, and then not be able to get it to open when you’re done! Our dog, Ayla, is pretty sure that the Fox Landing was designed specifically for her! It is also handy to get in and out of the camper when you’re hitched to a trailer. Hooking up is easy with the back up camera. This camper comes with everything you need to hit the road, dishes, cutlery, kitchen gadgets, glasses, bowls, pots and pans.
This truck hauls this camper and a 3 horse trailer like they aren’t even there!! So much power and torque, yet stopping is no problem, as it is with a smaller truck hauling too much weight. Such a nice truck and the F450s are hard to find. We were very fortunate to find this beauty!
