Hello everyone,
I just wanted to apologize if you’ve called and haven’t received a callback. This is an extremely busy time of year for us, and we’re doing our best to keep up with all messages and appointments.
If you’re unable to reach us by phone, please send a text message. We are typically able to respond to texts much quicker than voicemails. Email is also a great option. Unfortunately, our voicemail doesn’t get checked as often as we’d like, so texting or emailing is the fastest way to get in touch.
With that being said, please book your appointments well in advance. We are currently booking into July and have a very long cancellation list.
We absolutely love caring for your pets, but it’s important that we take care of ourselves as well. Our team schedules vacation time during the summer months, which can sometimes make it more difficult to get in with your preferred groomer.
Planning ahead is the best way to ensure you get the appointment date and groomer you’d like. Thank you all for your patience, understanding, and continued support—we truly appreciate it!
