Big boy, big feelings, and an even bigger heart! 🐾🤎

This handsome Bernese Mountain Dog came in for his very first groom feeling pretty anxious and nervous, but I slowly managed to win him over! 🥹❤️

With a little patience, reassurance, and lots of love, we made it through his first grooming experience!

Meanwhile, Ace is at the top of the stairs, screaming like a Victorian orphan who hasn't been fed in six months because his dinner is approximately 14 seconds late.

He may be old, mostly deaf, and held together by spite, but I assure you, this man still has plenty of complaints to file with management. 😂

This handsome old gentleman came in for his spa day and showed us how it’s done! 🩶🐾 This sweet Russian Blue was an absolute champ for his groom.

Who says you can’t teach an old cat a few spa day tricks? 😻✨
