Late season pond build and hard scape. Too late to start/finish the gardening. That will be a spring job. They don’t call it the rocky Rawdon for nothing!! 😅

I Even had my oldest son out to stamp his quality assurance on the job.

But I just wanted to share some of my work. Roughly 40 hours of labour/install alone myself. Happy with it so far but it will be in its full glory come mid spring when the garden/plants fill in the voids!! Updates to come..

Big shout out to one of the best in the hobby. You have been very generous and kind to my family and I since first meeting a few years ago. You guys welcome us every time we see you. Can happily call you, Ofelia (and sister in law) FAMILY! ❤️. The gifts for the kids are always unexpected. Thank you both again.

I’m happy I could return the favour last night and glad you where able to meet all the way out at my work so late in the evening! Just wish we could have enjoyed a few beers. We will soon my friend.

Day at Ripleys Aquarium Toronto. With the family was well needed!

We will have some live plants & new foods becoming available soon! We apologize for the lack of posting. With a growing family of young children as well as Amanda returning to work full time at the firm and myself working 12 hour midnights Friday-Sunday our free time has been few and far between.

I do want to give a huge thank you to those that have ordered with us in the last few months and your loyalty, trust and Patience. this goes for our new customers as well. Just wanted everyone to know it has been appreciated! We do plan to change our shipping policy from 48 hours after order placed to 5-7 days until it will be shipped. We simply do not have the time to make 2-3 Canada post runs per week so will be cutting it to once a week for orders going out.

*LIVESTOCK DOWNSIZING*

Livestock will be discontinued for the most part at this time. We will continue to offer some species of Neocaridina and possibly some specialty species when they become available. Again we just simply do not have the time to stay on top of everything that goes into livestock sales. (especially shipping live fish or shrimp) if I cannot hold to my standards I have offered in the past to date it is just not fair to our customers to sacrifice livestock quality in return. So downsizing is officially underway.

We will continue to offer a large variety of fish foods and others!

Please Watch for a post in the coming weeks with some new products we plan to have available!

November 11 is Veteran's Day in the United States. For much of the rest of the world and especially in Europe/Canada 🇨🇦 it is Armistice Day or (Remembrance Day) the day that marks the end of World War I.

At the 11th hour on the 11th day of the 11th month of 1918, the Great War ends. At 5 a.m. that morning, Germany, bereft of manpower and supplies and faced with imminent invasion, signed an armistice agreement with the Allies in a railroad car outside Compiégne, France.

When the armistice was finally signed, over 20 million soldiers (40 million including civilian casualties & 8-9 million horses) had lost their lives between 1914-1918.
