🍄🐶 NEW STUDY: MUSHROOMS + COLOSTRUM BOOST GUT HEALTH IN DOGS! 🔬💩

A fascinating new 2026 study found that combining medicinal mushrooms (Turkey Tail, Reishi & Lion’s Mane) with bovine colostrum increased beneficial short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) in dogs!

🔥 WHY IS THIS EXCITING?

SCFAs are powerful compounds produced by beneficial gut bacteria that:

✅ Nourish and protect the intestinal lining

✅ Strengthen the gut barrier and support healthy tight junctions

✅ Help regulate inflammation and immune function

✅ Support communication between the gut, brain, and other organs

✅ Promote a healthier intestinal environment

🐾 THE RESULTS: After 12 weeks, supplemented dogs had significantly higher acetate, propionate, and total SCFAs!

💚 THE TAKEAWAY: A healthy microbiome isn’t just about having good bacteria. It’s about FEEDING those bacteria so they produce the metabolites your dog’s body needs to thrive!
