HAPPY TAILS: TATUM & TURNER 💕🐾
From bottle babies to beloved family members.

Remember Tatum and Turner, the last of Teagan’s babies? ❤️

These two little tortie girls had a rough start to life. They were bottle-fed after suffering from severe upper respiratory infections, and little Turner continues to deal with chronic upper respiratory issues.

But look at them now! 🥹❤️

They’ve found their forever home with a wonderful young professional couple, and as their foster mom, I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

The girls have adapted beautifully to their new home and are settling into their new lives just as we hoped.

💕 Turner has a new name: Rocky! And this little girl has stolen her new dad’s heart. She follows him everywhere and even falls asleep beside him while he builds LEGO. How sweet is that? 🥹❤️ It sounds like Rocky has found her very own boyfriend!

💕 Tatum is now Grace, and while she had a bit of a rough time recovering from her spay, she wore her party hat like an absolute champ! 🎉👑 We’re happy to report that she’s recovered nicely and is doing well.

And what do these two girls enjoy doing together? Looking out the window and watching the birds! 🐦🐱 Just two sisters enjoying the simple pleasures of their new life together.

From fragile little bottle babies who needed extra care to two cherished girls with a family of their own, their journey has come full circle.

As a foster mom, you love them, worry about them, nurse them through the tough times, and eventually have to let them go. You hope and pray that the family who adopts them will love them as much as you do.

And sometimes, you get to see that they do. ❤️

Rocky and Grace, you will always be special little girls. May your days be filled with sunny windows, endless bird watching, LEGO cuddles, and all the love your hearts can hold.

Happy tails, sweet girls. Your happily ever after has begun. 🏡💕🐾

A huge thank-you to your wonderful new family for opening your hearts and home to these two special sisters and keeping them together. ❤️

Someone knows something...and this dog deserves answers.

Imagine being a dog, completely dependent on humans for your safety, only to end up trapped/placed inside a calf roping chute, unable to understand why you're there and what you did wrong😭

No animal deserves that.

Willow Creek Enforcement Services is asking for the public's assistance after a dog was discovered trapped inside a calf roping chute at the Stavely Rodeo Grounds.

Authorities believe the dog may have been placed there sometime between Friday (Oct.2) in the afternoon and Saturday (Oct.3) in the evening.

🐾 Did you see anything unusual?
🐾 Were you in the area during that time?
🐾 Do you know someone who may have information?

Even the smallest detail could help.

At Nanton Animal Protection Society, our work may revolve around cats, but our compassion extends to every animal. ❤️

Dogs, cats, horses, livestock... every animal deserves to be treated with kindness and respect.

We don't know the full circumstances surrounding what happened, and that's exactly why finding answers matters.
