Rico & Soda enjoyed 30 minutes grazing time in the pasture this morning.

DID YOU KNOW…Spring grass may look lush and healthy, but it can be risky for horses. Rapidly growing pasture is high in sugars, which can increase the risk of laminitis, colic, and metabolic issues — especially in easy keepers and ponies. 🌱🐴

Introduce grazing slowly, use a grazing muzzle if needed, and keep a close eye on your horse this time of year. A little prevention goes a long way!
