Tuesday crew! Big splashes, not-so-graceful dives, self-made tug-of-wars in stick piles thanks to the high water, rock jumping, and balancing acts made for a fun river day! 🌊🐾

Little Maggie got a helping hand onto a rocky shelf where she could watch her friends navigate the water. With a little observation and growing confidence, she soon started wading through the shallow sections and hopping from rock to rock herself. It’s always rewarding to see dogs build confidence at their own pace while having fun with their friends.

Monday crew! Serious river adventures today! 🌊

The crew introduced Diego to the joys of splashing around, and once he got onto the shelf, there was no stopping him. He’s still working on his swim technique and figuring out how to get those back legs involved, but he caught on fast. A little boost to get his rear end up on the return trip to the beach was all he needed.

Safe to say Diego is becoming a water dog! 🐾💙

Thursday crew! We had a late start today due to a personal appointment, which meant the sun was higher than usual and that meant everyone needed to cool off in the water! A few conformed non-swimmers from years past beat me into the river, proving they’ve fully embraced the swimming lifestyle. Once they got started, the FOMO crew couldn’t resist joining in. Between the swimming, splashing, exploring, and shoreline adventures, great fun was had by all!
