Yikes someone needs a nail trim 😅

Had to send an applicant this email today. I have data to show that if people don’t quickly respond to a request for additional information during a puppy reservation request, it’s almost 100% they don’t move forward at all.

It’s been 4 days since I asked you to complete the second application form for adopting my Toller puppy Punch.

Just hit post girl. I got my first 2 dogs in 2005- they are both in this video. They changed the trajectory of my life and in time, changed the trajectory of hundreds of lives through my work- most for the better. I am so damn proud of that. What are you proud of?
