This is an incredibly frustrating day. While at work today, the power company phoned me to inform me that they were coming out to replace my transformer today. I knew the power would be cut to the house for a bit, but I wasn't worried since all my appliances, including my incubator, were all plugged into surge protectors. Well, I came home from work and checked on the incubator right away. Something must have fried the outlet itself that it was plugged into. It never turned back on and was at 58°f for god knows how long, this likely ruined all my eggs (didn't have many, but still) 😓 my incubator is kept in the basement as it gets to hot upstairs, that outlet in the basement was my only outlet and really my only option so that I can keep the temperature consistent.
I'm feeling like a complete failure. It wasn't long ago I felt like throwing in the towel. Many of my friends I've made in the community lifted me back up, and so I kept going (thankful to you all!) Im not going to lie. This happening now after everything else over the past couple of years is just really infuriating

First egg of the season has landed! Out of Dementor x Lestrange, unfortunately the other egg was a dud, but these 2 are first-timers and so I'm super excited!
